Arrow Fleet Services is a transport company with vast experience in provision of transport solutions in Kenya. We hope to establish a reputation for being a reliable and trusted all round entity. Arrow Fleet has been in operation and undertaken transportation work for the past 15 years for and on behalf of some non-governmental and governmental organizations with operations all over Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Somalia, Zambia, Malawi and Zimbabwe.

Directors
Leonard has over ten years’ experience in fleet management while Esther has experience in operations management for the past six years. The two complement each other in terms of experience, skills, abilities and knowledge. The two are active directors of Arrow Fleet Services and manage the firm on a day to day basis. We have a staff complement of seventeen permanent staff and hire temporary on a need basis. All our staff are vetted through a rigorous recruitment process and we ensure that they meet all statutory requirements by ensuring they have valid documents and the right work ethic. Our company has various employment policies that guide our day to day interaction with employees.
